Welcome to eprint2day.com ("eprint2day," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and any products or services you order from us. By placing an order or using our site, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Pricing
All prices listed on the site are in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received in full (unless other arrangements have been made in writing). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to fulfill the request.
Artwork and Print-Ready Files
You are responsible for the accuracy of any artwork, files, or designs you upload or submit. We check files for basic technical issues (resolution, bleed, color mode) but are not responsible for spelling errors, factual inaccuracies, or design choices in customer-supplied files. If we design artwork on your behalf, you must review and approve a proof before we begin printing. Once a proof is approved, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof.
Turnaround Time and Delivery
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and begin once we receive your approved, print-ready artwork and payment — not from the time the order is placed. Turnaround times are not guaranteed unless a rush service was purchased and confirmed in writing. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events outside our control.
Rush Orders
Rush production is available for eligible products for an additional fee. Rush status only applies once artwork has been approved and payment has been received.
Returns, Refunds, and Reprints
Because most of our products are custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final once production has begun. If a product arrives damaged or was printed incorrectly due to an error on our part, contact us within 5 business days of delivery and we will reprint the order at no charge or issue a refund at our discretion. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied artwork, files approved by the customer, or color variation due to different printer/monitor calibration.
Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork or files to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that content or have permission to use it, and you agree to indemnify eprint2day against any claims arising from copyright or trademark infringement in files you provide.
Limitation of Liability
eprint2day's total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
